The kitchen oil-water separator is a high-tech product independently developed by our company, widely used in large canteens, high-end hotels, underground catering facilities and food processing sites.

The equipment can be installed underground. Catering wastewater flows into the device by gravity. It separates and collects grease through oil-water separation technology, and lifts sewage for discharge to ground pipe networks. The integrated all-in-one structure eliminates the need for constructing separate oil interceptors. Featuring compact footprint, it cuts project investment. Made of integrated stainless steel, the unit is hygienic, runs automatically and requires simple daily management.

The ZRGY series kitchen oil-water separator consists of three major parts: slag removal system, automatic oil removal system and sewage lifting system:

1. Wastewater enters the slag removal zone first to intercept solid debris such as vegetable leaves and bone fragments. It supports automatic slag removal or manual basket cleaning.
2. Water flows into the oil removal zone. Oil and water separate by density difference, and floating oil converges to the top oil collector. Manual oil drainage is standard; optional accessories include automatic oil drainage, oil barrel weight alarm and air flotation assembly.
3. Fine sediment settles in the bottom sludge discharge area for regular cleaning. Treated clean water enters the lifting chamber and is pumped into municipal pipelines. If the equipment is installed higher than the pipe network, the lifting module can be removed for gravity discharge. The equipment adopts proven domestic and international water treatment technologies with automatic slag conveying and discharge process.
